Questions

Frequently asked.

  • How do I check my results?

    Sign in to the student portal, pay for the semester, and your approved results will be available under the Results tab.

  • How much does it cost, and why do I pay?

    A small per-semester fee funds the portal's hosting, payments, and maintenance at zero cost to the university. You see the current amount on the payment screen.

  • I forgot my password. What now?

    Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. You'll receive a reset link by email. If you don't have access to your email, contact Registry.

  • When are results published after exams?

    Only after Lecturer → HOD → Dean → Senate approval. You'll see the semester appear in your portal once Senate publishes it.

  • Is my payment secure?

    Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack, a CBN-licensed Nigerian gateway, over an encrypted connection.

  • What if my result looks wrong?

    Contact your course lecturer. They can raise a post-approval edit request through the proper approval chain.
